PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will occur at the

Planning Commission Meeting on

Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at 7:00 p.m.

At the Leeds Town Hall 218 North Main St, Leeds, UT

The Leeds Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the above-mentioned date to consider the following proposed item:

Zone Change on Parcel L-4042-A (created by combining Parcels L-94-A-2, L-4042 & L-93-A), approximately 10.01 acres, for Briant Buckwalter

Parcel L-94-2 – From Open Space (OP) to Commercial (C)

Parcel L-4042 – From Mixed Use (MU) to Commercial (C)

Parcel 93-A – From Mixed Use to Commercial (C)

Interested persons are encouraged to attend the public hearing to be held in the Leeds Town Hall at 218 North Main St, or present their views in writing to the Leeds Town Clerk/Recorder prior to the meeting.

The Town of Leeds will make reasonable accommodations for persons needing assistance to participate in this public meeting.
