EXECUTIVE CLOSED SESSION

  1. Discussion of pending or reasonably imminent litigation; regarding settlement between Toquerville City & Town of Leeds pertaining to the ‘Babylon Valley Addition’ Annexation as allowed by Utah State Law (52-4-205)(1)(c).

ACTION ITEM:

  1. Consideration & possible approval of settlement agreement between Toquerville City & Town of Leeds regarding the ‘Babylon Valley Addition’ Annexation.

EXECUTIVE CLOSED SESSION

  1. Discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of individual applicants for a Town employee position as allowed by Utah State Law 52-4-205(1)(a).

ACTION ITEM:

  1. Consideration & possible approval of hiring Planner/Administrator.
