INFORMATION FOR VOTERS

Ensure you receive your ballot by verifying your PO BOX number is listed on your voter registration.

All mail-in ballots MUST BE IN-HAND by 8:00pm on election day. Do not mail ballots late.

A ballot box will be inside Town Hall until 5:00pm on election day.

DO NOT sign your Candidacy Form until you are in front of the Town Clerk.

The qualifications for a candidate:

  1. Be a legal United States Citizen;
  2. Be at least 18 years old;
  3. Be a registered voter of the municipality;
  4. Be a resident of the municipality or recently annexed area for a period of 12 consecutive months immediately preceding the date of the election. (USC 10-3-301; 20A-9-203)
