LEEDS TOWN COUNCIL

EMERGENCY SESSION

Thursday, March 5th 2009, 7:00 p.m.

At Leeds Town Hall, 218 North Main Street

Public is welcome to attend

The Leeds Town Council will hold an emergency session on, Thursday, March 5th 2009, at the Leeds Town Hall, 218 North Main Street at 7:00 p.m.

The meeting is being held to discuss possible approval of the Toquerville Annexation and the withdrawal of the Leeds Protest as negotiated by the Town of Leeds staff and the Town of Toquerville staff as stated in the Agreement prepared by ATT. R. Gallian on behalf of the Town of Leeds and the Leeds Area Special Service District.

A copy of the Agreement will be available for citizen review on Thursday, March 5th 2009, at the Leeds Town Hall, open from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Town of Leeds will make reasonable accommodations for persons needing assistance to participate in this public meeting. Persons requesting assistance are asked to call the Town Hall at 879-2447 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
