PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will occur at the Town Council Meeting on

Wednesday, April 22, 2009 at 7:00 p.m.

At the Leeds Town Hall 218 North Main Street, Leeds, Utah.

“North Addition” Annexation

The purpose of the hearing will be to receive public comments relative to the Annexation known as the “North Addition”.

The property within the proposed addition is located near the Southwest side of the current Leeds municipal boundaries, adjacent to the Leeds Town Cemetery and near the I-15 Freeway Southbound Onramp (Exit/Entrance 22). The property within the proposed addition is owned by Michael C. North. Currently the Petition is supported by property owners holding 100% of the fair market value of the private property located within the proposed “Mike North Addition.”

Copies of the Petition & Proposed Annexation Plat for the “North Addition” Annexation, will be available for review at the Leeds Town Hall during regular business hours (9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monday – Thursday).
